Why restaurant burritos are better

• Supermarket-brand tortillas are too small and thick.

• You fail to warm your tortilla first, or you overcook it.

• Your fold is wrong or insufficiently tight.

• You fail to sear the seam to seal it shut.

• You fail to wrap the finished burrito in thin foil.
