Biden's first executive orders: pandemic, climate change, racism, immigration

President Joe Biden hit the ground running. His first executive orders include rejoining the Paris climate accords, canceling Keystone pipeline, strengthening DACA, and mandating masks and social distancing in Federal buildings.
